Femme Inspire doesn’t end after the core programme – It continues through monthly member-led sessions shaped by the cohort’s evolving goals.

Each month, members vote on topics that matter most to them. From navigating career transitions and negotiating salaries, to building global networks, launching ventures, strengthening digital presence, or leading with confidence. Members then come together for focused, interactive sessions designed to deepen learning and strengthen connection.

These events are community-led, practical, and action-oriented. They create space for peer mentorship, shared insight, and continued growth — ensuring that the momentum built during the programme translates into long-term impact.
