About us
Our Mission
— Founded in 2023
Femme Circle is a cross-border leadership network equipping women to build influence across local and global contexts. We expand access, strengthen visibility, and cultivate the relationships and capabilities needed to lead with clarity and confidence.
We challenge the “first or only woman” narrative by building collective pathways to leadership – where women rise together, share influence, and create spaces for many more to follow.
At its core, Femme Circle is both a network and a thriving circle, translating ambition into shared success and ensuring women grow, lead, and win collectively.
What We Do
Femme Circle convenes women through curated programmes, peer networks, and strategic conversations designed to strengthen leadership capacity, communication, and cross-border opportunity.
Through our flagship Femme Inspire programme, cohort-based experiences, storytelling, mentorship, and access to global opportunities, we create structured environments for connection and collaboration equipping women not only to thrive in professional spaces and enter leadership spaces, but to influence and shape them.
Vision Board 2025
At Femme Circle, our Vision 2025 is to create a world where women thrive, lead, and achieve collectively. By fostering mentorship, community, and opportunity, we aim to increase women’s representation in leadership, support global education initiatives, and empower our members to set and achieve transformative goals. Together, we rise.
